Your next steps:

1. Complete the Coaching Agreement. This sets out the expectations for both of us, and provides me with key information to support you effectively. Please take your time and consider your answers fully.
2. Book your first session below at a date and time to suit you. Please always allow 15 minutes after your appointment, in case we overrun.
3. Download the Mindspan Training app on the App Store or Google Play Store and register your account using the email address you use to communicate with me. If you wish to use another email address, please let me know.
